L'appartamento, situato al 2° piano di un immobile sito nel centro storico di Taormina (a pochi passi da Porta Messina), è di recente ristrutturazione e dispone di una camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, cucina – soggiorno (con divano letto matrimoniale) e una terrazza panoramica. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata/riscaldamento, TV Smart 50” LED con ricezione satellitare, internet wifi gratuito, asciugacapelli e ferro da stiro.

L'appartamento non dispone di parcheggio privato. Il parcheggio più vicino, chiamato Parcheggio Porta Pasquale, si trova a circa 150 metri dall'appartamento. Il parcheggio è pubblico e a pagamento. Il biglietto costa 14 euro per 24 ore o 22 euro per 48 ore.
A pochi passi si trovano la fermata dei bus urbani di collegamento con il mare ed i borghi viciniori, la stazione dei taxi, la fermata del bus turistico (CityBySee) e quella del bus-navetta gratuito che collega il Parcheggio Lumbi (il più grande della città) al centro storico.
A poco più di 200 metri si trova la stazione della funivia che collega la città al mare (Mazzarò ed Isola Bella) ed a circa 300 metri si trova il Terminal Bus, da dove partono ed arrivano i bus extraurbani che collegano la città con l'aeroporto di Catania, la Stazione ferroviaria di Taormina – Giardini e tutte le principali città della costa Jonica.
Il Teatro Greco dista 250 metri dall’appartamento.
Nelle immediate vicinanze dell’appartamento si trovano ristoranti, pizzerie, bar, negozi di generi alimentari, il Mercato comunale (aperto tutti i giorni dal lunedì al sabato dalle 07:30 alle 14:00), un panificio, una pizzeria da asporto, due Pub, un centro benessere, un noleggio auto/moto.

Fabulous ultra modern decor, super convenient location just steps away from the gate to historic section, very close to pay parking lot. Wine and sulumi on your own terrace was priceless. Safe and secure location.

We have been travelling around Europe and this has been our favourite so far. Vincenzo was fantastic at communicating with us. It was clean and tidy. It was a perfect location for everything in Taormina. If we lived closer, it would be a regular holiday for us as it was fantastic! Thanks for having us!

The air-conditioned apartment we stayed in has a terrace with sea views from the balcony it was really lovely coming home after a warm day and relaxing on the balcony before going out for dinner to one of the many convenient restaurants within close proximity of the apartment. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and is a very good connection. Our host made it convenient to meet him and collect the keys he gave us information about the area, restaurants and made us feel very welcome. We appreciated his thoughtfulness by leaving us water, coffee and condiments and he offered us some small snacks including some sugar almonds which were home made. The apartment is modern and the cleanliness was exceptional. Would recommend staying here with the meticulous attention to detail.

Vincenzo helped us from the moment we got in. Met us outside the flat straight from the airport and gave the run down of the area, where the beach was and everything we could do in between, The flat was beautifully set up and nice and modern, little essential to help out like washing stuff and breakfast bits and bobs. The TV was loaded with music and films for lovely nights in and the balcony had a great view with the ocean in the background. Vincenzo was also on hand for everything we needed during our stay. All we needed to do was ask and he was there. The perfect trip, our honeymoon was made!!

Vincenzo and his wife were incredible hosts. We loved everything about our very stylish apartment. The neighbourhood was quiet and the views spectacular. Of all of the places that we stayed at while touring Sicily this was by far our favorite. We will definitely go back to Vincenzo's one day hopefully soon. Paolo, Luisa and family.
